I own product strategy for our CPG portfolio
Why an 843 hub?:
based on Richard Florida's definition of Creative Class and the "3Ts" I think the Lowcountry has an opportunity to become a Creative Class hub - we can leverage location, arts/culture, technology (Boeing, agriscience, etc.)
